The more I look at DCLs header the more it’s his goal. It was goal bound and any deflection was minimal. Are defenders all going to start scoring own goals with minimal deflections. I think not. Ridiculous decision. #lufc

Ele disse que a BHVR tava preocupada após as DLCs originais de 2022/2023 não se saírem bem, mas retomaram a confiança com All Things Wicked. Preferem fazer DCLs originais do que licenças menos impactantes.

This is a major issue in CoV.
Not every municipality in BC does this. Many have DCCs (DCLs) which are less for multi unit residential. CoV is not a leader in housing policy.
On a separate but related issue, BC Assessment needs to make a change...
