day 10 of yoga challenge: had 2 days break because was busy, tbh that did good. today's practice was nice (did day 8's) my shoulders feel nice and loose now. Also starting to notice how strong i am becoming 💪 chaturanga dandasana is becoming easier and easier day by day

The small Thadobati cup Himalayan singing bowl heard in 'Chaturanga Dandasana' is shown in the top right of the image below. This bowl type is characterised by its straight walled ('Thado') shape. Thadobati bowls are one of the classic singing bowl shapes. The small ones are ideal for meditation.

The 8-inch shamanic Tantrik (Tantric) bowl used in my 'Chaturanga Dandasana' track can be seen here. It is characterised by its shallow wall profile and its distinctive outward-leaning Tantrik (Tantric) rim. This bowl produces a warm sound, either by striking it or encircling it around the rim.
