I have 2 ask all of #America if a fleet of #Russian & #Chinese ships started dragging up our #datacables between the #USA & our territories & #NATO allies leaving only satellite communications like #Elonmusks #Starlink would U be concerned? these fleets R active in the #BalticSea & they R escalating
