Biff is command line tool for datetime arithmetic, parsing, formatting, rounding and more. It's built on top of Jiff, which means it is DST aware and has tight integration with time zones.

Well, I did it- I managed to get 'The Datetime Continuum' just under the word limit with 1198 words (limit was 1200) and I've submitted it 😁

I think this my 28th submission and 18th story?

And now I'm waiting to hear back from 15 submissions 🤞
