FAI Prepares UEFA Complaint Over Alleged Abuse in Ireland-Israel Match
The Football Association of Ireland (FAI) is preparing to file a complaint with UEFA following the Nations League match against Israel. The game took place on September 27 in Debrecen, Hungary, and ended with a 3-0 victory for Ireland. The day after the match, the FAI announced that it was reviewing video and audio footage related to alleged racist chants directed at its players. According to the association, the abuse came from Israeli supporters targeting forward Adam Idah and possibly defender James Abankwah. Midfielder Jason Molambi alerted the referee to the chanting during halftime, but UEFA’s formal protocol was not triggered as the player did not explicitly use the term "racism" when describing the incident.

**Burimet:** Albeu (klaster 1 outlets).
