The entirety of the allegations against the prosecutor are: she emailed a DOJ memo marked "Internal DOJ Use Only" to her Hotmail and Gmail accounts. According to the indictment, this consistutes theft (2 counts), obstruction, and removal of court documents. Ridiculous.

there are some defensible reasons the US is not a member of the ICC (there are far more indefensible reasons), but i think the trump administration probably vaporizes the defensible reasons
I am aware of the hurdles here but I think at least some portion of them are gonna have to get sent to the ICC. The response has to be unlike anything we have ever done

I don't think DTRPG are fascist. Not even remotely. I think they're liberals who think Andor is a revolutionary text. I think they probably look and think like a lot of the people reading this thread. A lot of people think their choice was defensible. I think it is defensible, but I think it's bad.
