I still say he has a personal physician providing a dialy cocktail of drugs to help him sleep, like Micheal Jackson, and then to bring him back up the next morning. This would answer for his constantly bruised hand, as well. Hitler had the same problem.

Context and reframing I should say. OP Shakespeare is really reframing of the work. Dracula Dialy likewise reframed Dracula, made it more accessible, and kinda blew up the popularity of the work with a specific cohort of folks.
