my previous doc refused to prescribe differin due to side effects. differin is not known for its side effects, so i asked if maybe he was thinking of isotretinoin (which has significant side effects). he did not admit any mistake, but immediately prescribed the differin i'd requested.

I have been getting Brazilian waxes forever at least 20 yrs only to find out the best cleanser is Differin and then the moisturizer….No dark spots No ingrown hairs smh wish I’d of knew sooner

Toners: alt depending on mood

Skincare with retinols / retinoids / differin /adapalene / tretinoin make your skin ridiculously more sensitive to light. Protection with a high SPF is very important to fend off lasting damage.

The antidepressant I used to take made me suffer in summer way more than I already did, and it also can cause skin to burn more easily.
If you add in thyroid issues (temp out of wack) or ADHD meds (no thirst = dehydration), summer is a hell to fight thru.

If you have acne prone skin, these two things should be your besties!
Use PanOxyl as a mask. Lather and put on your face. Let it sit for at least 5 mins. I put it on before getting into the shower.
My facial lady put me on to differin gel bc I had stubborn acne. I used in errday and it worked!
