Now @DirectEnergy is sending me a previous bill/notice of plan expiration as proof...BUT I have bills AFTER that showing I was still on the plan I chose. So they essentially proved that I DID renew even though they keep telling me I didn’t!

This isn’t a good thing here @DirectEnergy to be “liking.” Because you guys didn’t transfer the correct plan, it’s cost me several hundreds of dollars every month.

So the electric bill jumped to $750! Called to see what was up & turns out @DirectEnergy didn’t transfer my fixed rate/free weekend plan like I signed up for. So for months I haven’t been getting what I thought I signed for, and they’re only offering a $70 bill credit....

I really need for @DirectEnergy to stop sending overzealous reps to bang on my door asking to see the back of my @MyBGE bill. I don’t do doorstep deals.
