1. Listen to Disabled/Chronically ill people

2. Do not project your own ideas or beliefs you have about disabled people as a whole onto anyone. They're likely wrong everyone is unique

3. Treat disabled/chronically ill people the way they want to be treated

If I don’t have my hearing aid on, I watch this without sound and rely on captions on videos.

One thing I’ve realized recently is that I can tell if it is a British or American in the video just from the way their mouth moves. Gotta love lip reading accents!!

Matias dribbles a lot. Common for people with profound disabilities. It is not attractive. Today he has his quarterly Botox injections to reduce the saliva.
