Just struck me that a good chunk of #MacroMicroSociety world-building is writing about disabillity access.
People believe people living with #disabillity should be socially isolated, hidden from society, shouldn't work (believe disability = inability). That's ridiculous! PwD just have to get their accommodations so they can travel. Use meds, devices, rests, etc. to cope. It's very disturbing #ableism /2

anything that isn't being able-bodied is some degree of a disabillity: bad sight, bad knees, chronic fatigue etc. and with diabetes you HAVE to rely on an insulin source that's not your own body.
