Today is #DisabledWomensEqualPayDay. For every dollar earned by all nondisabled men, disabled women earners (full-time, part-time, and part-year) make a mere 56 cents due to ableism, institutionalization, and workplace discrimination.

Disabled women make 50 cents for every dollar a non-disabled man makes. The gap is even steeper for disabled women of color. It’s time for everyone regardless of gender, race or condition of ability to get equal pay for equal work.
The time for change is now! #DisabledWomensEqualPayDay
