HDMI? DisplayPort? Just use a USB-C cable. Replace that speciality connector with a little oval guy and let me have peace.

power cycle the monitor: stuck at 640x480
replug displayport on the gpu side: same
replug displayport on the monitor side: FINALLY
hdmi on this monitor is more reliable but amd on linux has no hdmi 2.1 and vkd3d is slow on nvidia

iMac display retrofit needs a very sketchy firmware update with instructions in Chinese that can only be installed via Windows over DisplayPort so... here we are again, Parallels Desktop
