Day 4, the final proper day of the con. It was great getting to come out and see so many familiar faces and play with some new ones as well. 5 games of Mahjong in 4 days is fantastic as well. #mahjong #DoamCon #boardgames

Before coming back home from DoamCon I was able to visit The National WW1 Museum in Kansas City, Missouri. It is an absolutely stellar museum and the updates from the last time I visited only add to the experience. I highly recommend a visit if you ever have the chance. #theWWImuseum #greatwar

No, but the primary train fanatic in my group goes every year.
If I was to add a Kansas City con to my rotation, I would more likely do DoaMcoN or HistoriKC Fest.

Day 5 of #DoamCon and currently waiting on the plane. Snuck in one last game before leaving and threw in a couple pictures I hadn't included from earlier days. Hope to see you all if not next year then the following year.

At the end of August, (and why I was so sparadoic in posting) I went to DOAMcon IV. So for todays' #BoardGameFriday Highlight, I wanted to talk about my experience at the con and some quick thoughts on the games I played!
