TBT some 40+ years - the swimming proficiency badges one earned as a kid - for gold, you dived in fully clothed and had to undress, tie knots in an item of clothes, and blow it up to make a float, tread water for 10 mins - Impressed all those kids are still here 🏊♂️🏊🏾♀️#dontmakeEmliketheyusedto!
