Get you pals who say hell yeah to a Scottish road trip 🏴
Delighted to say I’ve come runner up in the Scottish Nature Photography Awards, in the Natural Abstract category. I also had three other shortlisted photos, all in different categories. I’ve managed to get at least one photo shortlisted every year since 2016, so it’s great to keep that run going.

The Cally Sleeper arrives into Inverness 10 minutes early, with the hired diesel muscle on the front. It’s unsurprising they found that little locomotives built for south east England struggled to haul 8 full, heavy, power-hungry coaches up Drumochter and Slochd summits and back up from sea level.

Just couldn't miss out on this proper winter weather (before it all goes next week 😔) & went up Geal Charn (Drumochter). Just took time and enjoyed being there..just wonderful. Great views & a fogbow. Actually quite warm in sun. Finished with a good deed by helping push a car out of car park👍😊
