Off to Michigan tomorrow to visit my daughter, so still need to pack! Tonight's beer is a Ghost Tropical Hazy IPA from Dudleytown Brewing in Windsor, CT. The fruitiness is really fresh, and there's also a decent earthiness to it, so I'd have to regard it as pretty well executed. #BeerSky #BskyBeer

Trying Every Bowl of Queso Around Hartford, Round Five: Dudleytown Brewing. NAILED IT. Definitely tastes like a beer cheese-queso hybrid, but I LIKE THAT. Just enough chopped chilies/tomatoes in the mix. Correct texture that never re-bricks when it cools like Velveeta. Great flavor. NEW FAVORITE.

Look up Dudleytown in Connecticut to get a sense of a legend that REALLY exists. You can't visit due to people vandalizing what's left, but standing on the outskirt's of Dark Entry Forest is enough. I once did, and the cold air was filled with the whispers and cries of the dead.
