Belgian courts. Is the Belgian PM really afraid that Belgian courts will rule in Ru's favour given Ru's obvious crime of aggression? Ru could go to the ECJ, but again why would the ECJ side w Ru? Not a lot of other options.

The press release is deranged and contains numerous errors (JRM for example voted for agreements that included ECJ oversight). Would be nice if the current government pointed this out.

What the ECJ ruled on Brexit was that Britain freely and in accordance with its constitutional arrangenents gave up its European citizenship.
