A co by było, gdyby się okazało, że grantu z #EDIRPA na system PPZR #Piorun nie dostaliśmy powodu zbyt późnego podpisania umowy konsorcjalnej z Litwinami i Norwegami przy czym Norwegowie nie należą do UE, a w konsorcjum #Mistral było 9 państw unijnych i ta umowę podpisano sporo wcześniej? 1/2

EDF is a long-term form of using regular EU budget for military R&D for bottom-up projects of multinational consorita. And PESCO is a top-down coordination of demand by MSs. Different stuff..
