lol my hair's long too, Cleo occasionally gets a mouthful of it while going after my face and there's a lot of blek-blek-bleh going on before I have to pull it out of her mouth.

She gets offended when I start the process of sitting up/getting up (EDSlife lol) because it's slow & she was comfy. 🙄

Tried to eat a waffle, accidentally inhaled a crumb. The resulting coughing fit made my arms and legs go numb. Now I’m in a severe flare up and am bed bound. EDS is so fun 🙃

Ofc my neck is out, bc stress of yesterday and probably clenching my jaw in my sleep. Love having a stress responsive injury/chronic condition #EDSLife... so it's ibuprofen for breakfast again. Wish medicaid covered medical massage. Goodness knows how long that will even exist now.

Our canine houseguest decided that it was best practice to make me get up at 3am so he could poop.
