The 'Efil' in Efilism is 'life' backwards, in case you were thinking the name meant something smart.

Having "Fun" reading up on Efilism, a philosophy invented by a crackpot YouTuber that states that, since all life on the planet is imperfect and thus suffers, the only moral thing to do is eradicate all life on earth.

So yes, it's basically just being Sephiroth.

The perpetrator of the attack stated that his belief system is one of Efilism. Efilism is prescriptive and suffering‑centred: it claims you have a duty to erase sentience because doing so eliminates harm.

The local interim federal prosecutor, appointed by Trump, accused the bomber of harboring “anti pro-life” sentiment. But he wasn't motivated by abortion rights.

The Palm Springs bomber was an adherent of the obscure anti-natalist Ideology sometimes known as “efilism.”

Look up anti-natalism (or don’t, because it’s super fucking depressing) and efilism (again - shit I wish I didn’t know).

In a now-unavailable website, the bomber of the IVF clinic in Palm Beach condemned “the disease of life.”

I’d never heard of Efilism (life spelled backwards) before reading this piece. I learned something.

This wasn’t some anti abortion, prolife attack that one might expect at a fertility clinic. This was an attack inspired by the anti life philosophy of Efilism, an idea developed by self proclaimed you tube philosopher Gary Mosher. Mosher also inspired Adam Lanza the Sandy Hook school shooter

Curiously, despite having no qualifications or philosophical background, Sukenick has been publishing academic philosophy articles with professor Matti Hāyry. This helps to legitimize this bullshit idea, and helps convince antinatalism followers to follow her and Mosher’s more radical Efilism.

Dark Willow did nothing wrong, until she spiraled into efilism.

Efilism is an anti-life philosophy, an extreme offshoot of antinatalism, and a cultish movement that primarily exists online.

As far as I am concerned Efilism is similar to Zizianism, and they’re just as predatory and dangerous as any of the Com or terrorgram communities. Just like with Zizianism, it’s absolutely correct to reject Efilism’s supporters claims of being left wing.

In this infographic I explain:

- What is Efilism
- How efilism is different from nihilism
- Barktus believe and was motivated by what I define as "delayed accelerationism"
- And I highlight a microtrend of acts of violent extremism and terrorism motivated by anti-tech & deep ecology.

Guy Edward Bartkus, a 25-year-old man from Twentynine Palms committed the car bomb attack the fertility clinic in Palm Springs.

Reddit has also banned the antinatalist subreddit r/Efilism, telling NBC News it was removing “any instances of the suspect’s manifesto or recordings and hashing to prevent reupload.” Efilism, a form of antinatalism also linked to promortalism, gets its name by spelling “life” backwards.

Whether terrorgram or Efilism, These predators push ideas about how life is terrible, it’s everyone else’s fault, and problems are best dealt with through violence. Followers become despaired enough; and, desperate to please, go do the violence the leaders are to chicken shit to do themselves.
