Mridul Wadhwa is an incredible human being who has done a ton of important work for survivors. I hope that she and Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre know that many women support her, cis trans, and that she and ERCC hold fast against this latest transphobic, racist and anti-feminist hate campaign.

Replies and quote tweets of this are informative about a certain range of attitudes indicating some people are very angry that women in Edinburgh have a single sex service set up in addition to the ERCC service which did not guarantee such services for users.
It was preposterous that amnesty characterised a trauma informed service to support women who have been subject to sexual and domestic violence as anti rights. There was an impact on service users and this shows an impact on staff. No wonder those involved were and remain so angry
