The deadline to submit abstracts and register for this years symposium on single cell proteomics #ESCP25 in Vienna is approaching this Sunday! This year we additionally host a workshop for deep visual proteomics and a Thermo User Meeting.

A few inspiring days in Paris for #ESCP25 - exchanging ideas, learning from colleagues and catching up with old friends. Grateful to @acpgbi.bsky.social and ESCP for the invitation to present.

Taking cue from ESCP25, tried the FAIMS std v low res and diff FAIMS voltages on Astral-Evosep zoom 80SPD using ionopticks Rapid 5x75 col. (DIANN2.0). CV -45V seemed to perform better for both 5ng and 250pg at precursor level. The story seemed a little different for CV-48V esp at lower 250pg conc..

As reported on ESCP24, very exciting biological projects are now waiting for us.
Incidentally, ESCP25 will contain two further focal points. It remains exciting........
