This paper introduces an adaptive frequency sweeping technique guided by machine learning-driven impedance mapping, enabling real-time optimization of droplet actuation and minimizing energy consumption.

**Abstract:** This paper proposes a novel approach to dynamically control and amplify Casimir forces using graphene metasurfaces with actively tuned electrical properties. By integrating a microfluidic channel within the metasurface structure and employing electrowetting-on-dielectric (EWOD) techniques, we achieve rapid and precise modulation of the graphene's conductivity and thus the effective permittivity, allowing for real-time tailoring of the Casimir interaction. This system leverages established technologies, including graphene fabrication, EWOD, and electromagnetic simulation, to provide a significantly enhanced sensitivity and frequency response for quantum sensing applications.

Traditional EWOD pumps often suffer from performance degradation under these constricted conditions due to increased viscous drag and reduced electrowetting force effectiveness. Our framework leverages adaptive frequency regulation (AFR) of applied AC waveforms coupled with topology optimization (TO) of the microchannel geometry.
