This week kinda sucked, so I went & got the "yin yang bowl" at Kyuramen, which was half tonkotsu & half... some sort of spicy ramen? And then matcha pudding.
A large soup bowl divided into 2 compartments, each filled with a different kind of soup, with ramen noodles & various toppings. One half is a darker, reddish color & is topped with chashu pork, half an egg, & a (grilled/torched?) scallop. The other half is a lighter, tan broth with the other half of the egg, narutomaki fishcakes, scallions, bamboo shoots, 2 tempura shrimp, & a single baby corn. A wooden tray bearing the Kyuramen logo in one corner, carrying a bowl of green matcha pudding topped with a blob of redbeans, along with a spoon & a small shotglass-sized pitcher of cream.
