Flattery is inherently inauthentic and always about one person trying to get something they want from the other Only a weak ego is interested in flattery. Whereas, a strong ego and a clear, hard-earned authentic-self rejects it and its slimy energy. Seeing it for what it is: False, manipulative, vain and greedy. So please, don’t flatter me.
