More #Blender work on the members of #EleanorInTweed & I'm getting my teeth into simulations.
Each member has a role in the band's narrative as well as in terms of their instruments.
Ann Coates here represents their lighter & more playful side, so this mocap seemed appropriate!

More tweaks to some of the band members of #EleanorInTweed in #Blender.
Slight improvements to Sally Ford's default "natural" colouration, and subtle improvements to Davy Hulme and Miles Platting (the latter needs a lot more work yet).

Carrying on my #Blender work on the members of my virtual band #EleanorInTweed, and the next one to get some tweaks and fixes and the vintage monochrome treatment, is guitarist #MilesPlatting.

I'm enjoying playing with the vintage monochrome look I'm using on my #EleanorInTweed characters in #Blender, so I thought I'd apply it to my intrrpretations of #superhero #Mancunian & his sidekick #Impact too.

I don't use this #Wacom bad boy too often because I don't really have the desk space, but as my work on #EleanorInTweed, #Mancunian and #VolcanoTaskForce continues, I think it's time to bring out the big guns!

Wasn't totally happy with my #Blender character Ann Coates, keyboardist for #EleanorInTweed.

She looked fine in solid view, which suggested the issue was her textures & hair, not her features.

So I rebuilt them from scratch & think she's at least on the right trajectory now.

Tweaks to her skin texture, some tattoos added and more to come.

Improvements to her dress but more needed.

Continuing the updates for my #Blender virtual band #EleanorInTweed, some progress with lead guitarist Miles Platting.

Mixing colour attributes with the skin textures to camouflage the seams between the body parts.

Some more multires sculpting & we're good to rig & skin.

Adjusted her proportions, which screwed her hair up a bit, but I kinda like the bob it turned into.
Changed her dress to a halter neck. Still got the temporary massive boots yet, though!

She looks a bit out of proportion but that's largely the camera angle & those MASSIVE (& temporary) boots!
Her shoulders ARE distorted, though, & do need tweaking.

More lookdev for my virtual band #EleanorInTweed, and some minor tweaks and improved hair for keyboard player and backing vocalist Ann (now spelt without an E!) Coates, created in #Blender.

Minor update to the 5th member of #EleanorInTweed.
He now has a name, Che Marsten, and he also now has body hair!
Unlike the other band members who were created from a custom #Blender mesh, he's a heavily adapted #MPFB2 cartoon and will need further tweaks.
