SD14 has just reported *nearly all* its Election Day votes, 148 of 152 precincts.
And Democrat Brian Nathan remains ahead, 50.4% to 49.6%. That's 700 vote difference.
This is looking very good for Dem. He only lost ED vote by 11% (I'd say the threshold is 13% above).
