Industries will not self police without a possibility of jail time for executives or financial ruin. Just look at Boeing's 737 Max 8 or Volkwagen's emmission scandal. Self policing didn't work on these examples.

Sadly, seems a defining pillar in our Climate Action Plan for transport. TBF, its easier to implement demand side incentives yet it entrenches our car dependent culture with multiple associate ills irrespective of achieved emmission reductions. Also no where near enough. Great thread explaining why
As I put it a few years ago in my blunt advice to Irish cities, “Your goal SHOULDN’T be to replace a million fossil fuel vehicles with a million electric vehicles. It should be to replace a million fossil fuel vehicles with 250,000 electric vehicles. The main answer MUST be FEWER cars driven LESS."

The "Tadpoles" are visible slightly left of center

1) Testing in a reflective tent is pointless, you cannot isolate photonic emmission from source.
2) PAR meters are nearly useless for real measurement. We used to use a $5k spectrometer and measured PPFD because plants need more than PAR.
3) Sounds waaaay to salesy to me bro.
