This new study demonstrates that continuous dienogest administration led to a significant decrease in endometrioma diameter and volume over follow-up, with the highest reduction observed within the first 6 months of treatment.

That sucked, but I guess it's still not as bad as last time when my endometrioma was on the left side and compressing bowel if I moved wrong.

Apakah Kista Bisa Mengganggu Ovulasi?

I also suspect that the probable rupture/leak events that I've had suggest endometrioma, but STILL. I am getting first hand evidence of why we have such a problem with ovarian cancer only being diagnosed at super late stages.

Unlike bloating and other vague symptoms that can be brushed aside as non-existent or something else entirely.

To be clear, this is presenting very similarly to my last endometrioma so I'm not that concerned, but also the disconnect between this and the concern over my fibroadenoma is weird.

Like based on my history and everything it's almost certainly an endometrioma, but it would be nice to know that for sure.
September 18, 2026 at 1:49 PM
in fact you cannot confuse an endometrioma for a corpus luteum cyst (clear fluid). endometriomas are usually confused with hemorrhagic cysts, in fact

taking everyone with endometriosis by the hand. an endometrioma is not a benign cyst. you can see the difference on ultrasound. you will be told as much if your ultrasound tech knows what they're looking at

"as an er md you probably don't need to seek follow up for a benign cyst" "if have endometriosis and this would've kept me from seeking a follow up when i had an endometrioma :(" THE POST IS NOT ABOUT YOU

LRTs: I mean I don't trust MAHA at all, but also why would I trust the medical system that told me my endo was mild when it was stage 4, I had an endometrioma exactly where I was describing swelling and pain, and I was at high risk for bowel endo but nobody looked. And I found out 10 years later.

Medicine thinks I'm full of shit, but this is literally what happened last time with one endometrioma.

I'm like 80% sure I have at least one endometrioma if not two and they are basically constantly leaking inflammatory material into my abdomen and there's not a fucking lot I can do to manage that.

They are less likely to leak the less I move, which is also a large part of the problem.

i had to go to the er yesterday bc ive been cramping and bleeding for the past 10 days and not only do i have another endometrioma but also!!! a hernia! 😛

I have an endometrioma growth that can press on my bladder, it occasionally shifts around and causes issues for weeks at a time. My obgyn and I keep an eye on it via yearly vaginal ultrasounds to make sure it doesn’t cause significant issues, that’s helped a lot to figure it out (kinda pricy tho)

The conflicting access needs of my pelvic venous issues and an endometrioma are getting really fucking annoying.

If I don't wear compression standing, not only do I get heavy dragging terrible pelvic pain, I also get a protruding vein right where underwear wants to sit so the skin ends up breaking
August 17, 2026 at 4:24 PM
Wait, I do have some nuance to this theory. I also think that all the fuckery is causing venous issues, which I can actually manage with compression but the problem is that the compression is aggravating the endometrioma so I can't really use it.
August 12, 2026 at 5:52 PM
My current bet on my whole pelvic pain situation is that I have at least one endometrioma and it is leaking if I aggravate it even a little bit.

I'm very interested to see if I can keep my 100% streak of being absolutely fucking right about what was happening inside my body.

My intelligence level already drops when I get excited, and on top of that, with the pain from endometrioma, getting excited makes it seem like this research level and this intelligence are completely mismatched in interviews,I create a really strange effect lol,the impact of chronic diseases on life

Immediately after i woke up from the procedure i didnt know how monumentally better i would feel just psychologically having it OUT of me

…at that time, I was dealing w/the ruptured right plantar fascia, 2 broken bones in my L foot, coming off 2 major abdominal surgeries for the endometriosis (+ adenomyosis, the removal of a golf ball sized endometrioma-a cyst filled w/dead endometriosis tissue, and 5 giant-like, ranging from…)
August 6, 2026 at 9:57 PM
The endometrioma is small and the adenomyosis is only a little bit and i - because I dont have periods - dont experience any pain from either of these things. But i want the hydrosalpinx gone pleeeeeease
August 6, 2026 at 8:49 PM
Same, except mine was a grapefruit sized endometrioma that was torsioning my left ovary. It exploded a few months later and the ER at 3am was full of morons. Had to wait until 10am for surgery in the second worst pain of my life.
