Could merge #EnergySecurityandNetZero into #Defra, which doesn't mean abandoning the policy, could add extra cabinet committees on it, then they could have a #SecretaryofStateforEqualities with a seperate department. Maybe #EdMiliband could be the new #EnvironmentSecretary with a broader brief.
