UPDATE: Drew Ensign, on behalf of DOJ, says that "all of the class members that were on planes today have been deplaned and are in the process of being returned to ORR custody."
He add that he didn't file by 4 p.m. because he wasn't aware of the court's order setting that deadline.

Boasberg now grilling Ensign on what happened between 5:22 to 6:00pm, when he asked Ensign to get information about potential flights. He asks Ensign "as an officer of the court," to affirm he had "no knowledge whatsoever" that planes were in the air.
