I'm excited to hear about the Equal Earth map being approved by the United Nations. Maps shape people's understanding of the world, and Africa is the second largest continent in the world. #EqualEarthprojection #maps #worldgeography

About time that we change the way we look at the world map, away from the #mercatorprojection, towards #equalearthprojection. Greenland is not that big, Africa is not that small. We need to stop the misrepresentation of the size of countries #correctthemap.
