#Ethights
Don't forget, British jurisprudence enforced across the world grew on the vine of private capital/property/chattels.

A regulatory system can instead be grown on the vine of empathy, equity, & wellbeing for all living beings.
Have money, make money. Don't have money, lose even more.

A shit formula. Morally bankrupt. No end of casualties.

And a "creative black hole."

Mmm. Perhaps "ethights" instead.

Campaigned for years, Wye photos with Getty, couldn't return home because of the Finance Conspiracy of the City of London combined with the wealth attraction of the "Festivals" - catastrophic local house price inflation/gentrification from SE ousting locals Cc @GeorgeMonbiot

Ethights instead of Rights?
Yes! Place-based community (all life) decisions based on relationships rather than individual humans arguing "tresspass" or not!

Most ethical arguments on RtR aiding human "nature connection" & "land ownership/equity" fall flat. Responsibility? When the normative culture is not ecoliterate, expect trouble in the few remaining refugia in the UK.

Meanwhile, I'm developing the theory of ETHIGHTS to be adopted instead of the RIGHTS OF NATURE.

Ooh, how dare you, says the British "Rights" movement.

There are many more contributors to the developing theory and applied nature of Ethics of Care, including from myself re: Fluminism/Praximund, and increasingly on jurisprudence - Ethights (contrast or complementary, depending on human-human or human-teresapien relationships, to Universal "Rights").
