The Stockton Unified Board approved the district’s 2026–27 LCAP annual update, the SELPA local plan (5–1), many expanded learning opportunity (ELOP) service agreements, technology purchases including a Chromebook refresh, and a bond authorization for EdTech. Most motions passed unanimously; one SELPA item had a 5–1 vote.

San Mateo‑Foster City staff described a plan to braid ELOP and ACES funding into a comprehensive after‑school program, saying a combined $6.55 million will support expansion and reporting major enrollment gains for qualifying students.

Orange Unified told trustees that the district’s 2026 summer offerings served more than 3,000 students in expanded learning programs, delivered 9,800 hours of ESY services and helped high school students recover over 10,000 credits; the Student Achievement Boot Camps recovered 510 credits. Staff plan to expand successful offerings in 2027.
