The only majority Black county in Florida--Gadsden, up in the panhandle, was sitting at D+66 by registration/returns last I heard, and that's at...141% of their *total* 2022 turnout. ~7500 out of a county of 44,000 people TOTAL, including children and other non-voting-populations, already.
