I'm still having trouble wrapping my head around the fact that there are mass climate casualties in one of the richest, most developed regions of the world. So many of the people that died had no way to help themselves.

Pissed it took till last year to finally be put on the cardiology waiting list and get beta blockers
Still not perfect, there's definitely still something wrong but it's much more manageable
