Da habe ich tatsächlich auch etwas Angst vor. Ich hab zwar gutes Durchhaltevermögen, aber bei mir funktioniert eher ganz oder gar nicht. Fasten kann ich regelmäßig & auch lang, aber an "normalen" Tagen isses oft schwer. 🥲 Naja, mal schauen. Probieren kann ja nicht schaden & danke für deine Antwort!
