Tausche „Fastro“ gegen Gastro
Ich hab selber in der Fastro gelernt und gearbeitet und in der Zeit den Einzug und die exzessive Verbreitung von Convenience Food selbst in „gehobener“ Gastro erlebt. Da macht mir „essen gehen“ echt keinen Spaß mehr. Und was „Street Food angeht… Bei bis zu € 7,- für nen Döner, bin ich raus.
