REDISCOVERED AFTER 125 YEARS All copies of the score and libretto for W.S Gilbert and Sir Arthur Sullivan’s operetta adaptation of Bram Stoker’s novel had been believed destroyed after its single disastrous preview performance at the Savoy Theatre in February 1898. However, a surviving copy was recently found in the effects of the late antiquarian book expert Sir Hubert Myar. **Abstract:** Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) treatment responses vary widely among patients, often necessitating trial-and-error approaches with significant delays and suboptimal outcomes. Emerging evidence links gut microbiota dysbiosis to RA disease activity and treatment response, presenting a valuable opportunity for personalized therapeutic interventions. This paper proposes a novel framework, Federated Microbiome Predictive Analytics (FMPA), leveraging multi-modal data—including 16S rRNA gene sequencing, metabolomics, clinical data (DAS28, ESR, CRP), and treatment history – aggregated through a federated learning architecture.
