GMLRS is a 227 mm guided rocket with a unitary or fragmentation warhead, designed for precision against point targets. FP-7 and FP-9 are ballistic missiles with payloads up to 200 kg and 800 kg respectively. At 14-20 meters, you are not sniping a single vehicle.
