Good thing I'm doing a writeup on the usage of XMTRX and FTRV in modern DC software for university

It's the basis of EVERYTHING involving accelerated 4D transform math on the SH4. It's the entire basis of the SH4ZAM matrix/XMTRX API, which is the most gainful one that does the most work.

The point of XMTRX is to hold constant a 4x4 matrix while you issue FTRV to transform against it.

False. I'm literally the author of a vector/SIMD accelerated math/linear algebra library for the Sega Dreamcast, which utilizes the shit out of its special FPU instructions. FIPR and FTRV in particular had higher FLOPS than an equivalent Pentium SIMD: github.com/gyrovorbis/s....

Omg I actually think we’re on the same page largely! Im writing this C++ proxy class that’ll let me store as an FP mat that i can use FTRV with on the SH4, but then keep having the game code treat it like fixed point for now. The “shz” conversion is to my SH4 fast math API matrix type.

Absolutely MASSIVE audio performance gainz in Mario Kart 64 for the Sega Dreamcast from swapping to FP math, instruction pipelining, loop unrolling, prefetching, inline ASM, and the god SIMD instruction on the SH4, FTRV, for matrix transforms!

Le label a aussi laissé une place importante à l'avant-garde. Exemple avec cet album de la poétesse Jayne Cortez, "Celebrations And Solitudes" qui fut la compagne d'Ornette Coleman, un album qui devrait plaire à

It's that time of year! #shittersfull #christmasvacation #ftrv #vincentvango

I've been learning a new to me video editing tool, Adobe Premiere Rush. It seems ideal for making short GoPro videos for YouTube, like this one of a sunset in Seattle in May.
