Most wealthy can't just leave. If theirs is accruing value - e.g. art, jewels, money, then it adds little tangible value to the nation anyway. If it's from active enterprise (employing 1+), most thrive by being based here. The wealthy may threaten to leave, but wealth rarely can. #FairShareTax
