Northern Quarter is probably where you want to go for food like Mackie Mayor and interesting shops, Fred Aldous, Fanboy3, Aflecks, Deadstock. The GW store has a very impressive window display. Rylands library might be allowing visitors? Unfortunately we don’t really have a castle or anything 😔

I wasn't great at talking to people. spent half the time on the edge of groups not really part of the conversation because I was scared of interrupting.
Got a bit lost on the way to fanboy3, but pulled a £15 MF card from my pack, so worth it.
3 items on my to do list in 1 day!

Unfortunately out of mcr, chester, and liverpool. Mcr is twice the train time and up to triple to cost.

Got it from Travelling Man (who were apologetic and explained in detail as to why there wasn't any Riftbound in stock (Wanting to scratch a TCG itch that isn't M:TG)).

I visited an excellent game store called FanBoy3 in Manchester and they had a display for Boardgamegeek top 10 games. But... Because many games on that top 10 are not available anymore, they only had Ark Nova and a few others. I bought the last Star Wars: Rebellion.
