I am channeling my inner MN farmwife and making a salad of canned oranges, cool whip, jello, and marshmallows. Orange creamsicle cold dessert! The summeriest!
Also deviled eggs and burgers on the grill and, off-brand but delicious, an Asian smashed cucumber salad.
