I walked out because I refused to sit through one of Donald Trump’s lie-filled speeches. His actions threaten to rip food from the tables of families who rely on SNAP, gut Medicaid, and he’s already put federal workers—many of them in the #FightingFifth —on the chopping block.

#Republicans stripped healthcare from 17 million Americans, and people will die because of it. Instead of helping working families in the #FightingFifth and beyond, they’ve made things worse. I won’t stop fighting for the people who need it most.
