For an art challenge with two baristas at my local coffee joint. They're both into #mangaart but, that style is not required. Subject was "autumn".
For me, this is #finishednotperfect. The papaer only played nicely with the dip pen occasionally and my penciling was not the tightest

Todays #inktober #confusion drawn with micron #ink.
Just a quick sketch today. Was pleased with it enough to share. One of the joys of drawing daily is there's so much less stress in making something awesome every time. Just do the thing. #finishednotperfect

Really good art advice for us perfectionists. It's so important to not be overly critical of your work and just enjoy the process. And make the limitations of your skill work for you.

Not every piece is a masterpiece… but it is done, and that deserves a hoop-la! 💛🌼
Did I love the colors? No.
Did I finish anyway? Absolutely.
Because if the heart is there, the stubbornness is too.

So I know there are better ways, but SendMessage() fixed my issue today. Probably should just use an event or something, but ran out of time and it worked, the deadline is this weekend. Sooo, ✅ //TODO: Works now, Fix later 😅

Still need to name this character, not her costume, but a cheesecake/spicy illustration of her. Drawn with Sketchbook Pro. #digitalart #sketchbookpro #superheroine #sexysuperheroine #cheesecakeart #spicyart #finishednotperfect

My foray (furry 😅) back into anthropomorphic art. I did some years ago to some small success. This piece was inspired by a friend hence the red hair. #furryart #anthropormorphicart #bustycatgirl #sketchbookpro #digitalillustration #cheescakeart #finishednotperfect

I may post more low effort art here. I want people to get to know my OCs more. I'll try not to let my OCD and perfectionism get to me.

This is my attempt to break from the perfectionist mindset that always ruins my fun and causes me to not finish projects. Rebel Troopers from Star Wars Legion assembled and painted as quickly as I can.

Sometimes it feels like making art distorts me in the process. By the time I finally form a tiny pearl 'content', I'm bent out of shape about how long it took, or it's not right or it's weird. But at least I finished it this time. #finishednotperfect #watercolor #traditionalart
