A very big pre finale map where you can effectively split your army into 3 fronts to handle multiple objectives and honestly this FEELS like a final battle moreso than even endgame

the ending is also just a slog as when it rains you’ll have a harder time rescuing units that attack Lundgren especially if a horse unit is doing the rescuing making the map just take unnecessarily long…

The finale of Lyn’s mode and for being basically a tutorial story the maps are all fine enough except this one as it has the wonderful gimmick of rain slowing LITERALLY everyone down and making the map take longer for no reason

This generally only works, though, when you can use BOTH the Jagen and the scrub squad at once.

this map is a loooot like Victory or Death but I think I prefer this over that mainly because this chapter feels more like a challenge especially with Vaida’s wyvern reinforcements from the rear and the boss being immune to criticals unless you can steal the iron rune…
