I would think Hopkins would need to be westbound and Rose be eastbound. Was in a Firewise hills meeting the other day that noted that fire officials expect to have hills residents use Hopkins as one of the main potential routes west once they are off of the hill during a fire.

Looks like we might get lucky this wildfire season, giving us 10 months to prepare for 2027.
We'll add another 2,500 gallon water tank bringing the onsite total to 5,500 gallons. Grid goes down, no problem, the standby generator will keep the sprinklers running.
