Today I saw a company flier begging for applicants... only you have to download their special company App just to apply!!
It's not even funny what kind of loss I will absorb if I have to create an account to do business with you. I will walk away from a winning lottery ticket, I promise you.

Around Seattle, I believe there was a tribute band to the Depeche Mode tribute band, Black Celebration. I cannot for the life of me remember the name, but I have a flier for it somewhere around here.

I know Lee’s been buns the past six weeks or so, but a guy with his track record would probably get a multiyear deal on the open market. $4 mil is a bargain even if there’s a good chance he’s cooked. Elder, we need the depth. Wentz is worth a flier given that he pitched well before the ACL tear.

The more it costs to fly the better. We need to discourage flying with higher prices and a frequent flier tax.

I know ACL is in town and it's gonna be rainy and gloomy, but just a heads up that TexLUG will be at Austin Beerworks Springdale tomorrow. I'll have my big Austin FC MOC, other LUG members will have their MOCs, and we'll have play brick to build with. Come grab a beer and say hi!

New Paolo just dropped- this is absolutely unhinged. It feels like Gaston is about to start singing, "We're not safe until he's dead..." And somehow I still have ZERO from the Democrats for anyone other than Suozzi.

actually no fire emblem game after fates is good because none of them have kinshi knight or an equivalent, equipping a three houses flier with a bow doesn't count

investigated my finances - I’ve spent $22k less than I did last year - mainly taxes and no more findommes. Otherwise, $500 here, $1000 there.

Still able to save, but overall underwater, losing in the stock market all bc one high flier shit the bed (Neckflicks) 🤷🏻‍♀️

Night Flier is a lot of fun with a great ending. It was nice to the character actor Miguel Ferrer in the lead for once.

Thoroughly enjoyed my Mimic rewatch after seeing some of the practical models they used in the film museum in Lyon. Night Flier was a fucking blast. Pure Beyond Friday vibes and Miguel Ferrer playing the greatest prick. On YouTube too! Seek it out, friends!

jeeeeez. and as someone who's never been a frequent flier, i've been under the impression those miles aren't worth all that much these days anyway lol

What signaled Jake Bauers was a good flier?
October 2, 2026 at 4:19 PM
He'd been an xwOBA underachiever for a while. Certainly worth a flier IMO. Had him in 1/4 leagues.

Sharks v Leinster: A split decision from Leinster?! | URC Preview
Leinster have named their team to face the Sharks in Durban — and the biggest talking point may be an extraordinary 4–4 split on the replacements bench. I’m joined by Neil ‘Keego’ Keegan and Jay Long to preview Leinster’s second URC match of the season, as well as looking at the breaking team news ahead of the clash. Josh van der Flier returns to the back row, Andrew Porter moves back to loosehead and Ryan Baird switches to the back row, while Caspar Gabriel and Fintan Gunne retain their halfback partnership. But injuries in the back row appear to have forced Leinster into a highly unusual bench configuration which could leave four of the starting tight five and back row needing to play the full 80 minutes — with Robbie Henshaw potentially providing emergency back-row cover. We also look at the challenge posed by the Sharks, whether Leinster should be targeting four or five points in Durban, which senior players need minutes and why this South African fixture takes on added importance with the Champions Cup rapidly approaching. Pasted text After an encouraging performance despite defeat to the Lions in Johannesburg, is it time for Leinster to turn those positives into a victory? Let us know what you think in the comments. 🏉 Harpin’ On Rugby — independent Leinster and Irish rugby discussion, analysis and opinion. #LeinsterRugby #SharksRugby #URC

My suspicion is the less arts-based the event is that the flier is for, the more positively-to-neutrally it is received. My day job is not in the arts and the anecdotal reception I've seen to them in that context lets me know the response is absolutely not universally negative.
